• Eligibility
  Open to all customers who make a purchase at any Din Tai Fung UAE branch during the campaign period.
   

• Campaign Period
  The raffle runs from October 17 to October 24, 2025. Entries received after this date will not be accepted.
   

• How to Participate
  Customers receive one raffle entry per transaction. To join, upload your purchase bill through the official raffle form and provide accurate contact details.
   

• Prizes
  Winners will receive exclusive Pieces of Our 10-Year Journey, including limited-edition collectibles such as tote bags, T-shirts, caps, and more.
   

• Winner Selection
  Winners will be selected daily during the campaign period and announced on Din Tai Fung UAE’s official social media channels.
   

• Verification
  Original purchase receipts may be requested for verification before awarding the prize. Invalid or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
   

• Non-Transferable
  Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
   

• Privacy
  Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the raffle and contacting winners.
   

• Organizer Rights
  Din Tai Fung UAE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle at any time without prior notice.
   

• Acceptance
  By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions and to all decisions made by the organizer, which are final and binding.
